1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ggvip.bio platform and all related services. By using ggvip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Policy

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account with ggvip, the following conditions must be met:

• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in your region.
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful
• Each person is allowed one account only

2.2 Account Security

• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to play games
• Fraud: Attempting to manipulate or alter game outcomes by any means

• False Information: Providing incorrect or false personal information during registration
• System Attacks: Attempting to hack or attack the ggvip website or systems

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Self-Initiated Account Closure

You may close your ggvip account at any time through ggvip support. We recommend completing all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

7.2 Account Closure by ggvip

Ggvip may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to respond to verification requests
• Extended inactivity (typically 12 months or more)
• For legal reasons or upon direction from a regulatory authority

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

If no transactions have been made on a ggvip account for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, ggvip will notify the member.
